Plumbing - Emergency and After Hour Services - City Owned Facilities

The City of Clearlake would like to award a contract for Plumbing Services on City owned buildings. This contract would be a term of three (3) years. Buildings will include - 14050 Olympic Drive ( City Hall/Police Department Building), 3245 Bowers Avenue (Senior Community Center), 14295 Lakeshore Drive (Chamber of Commerce/Visitor Center), 4750 Golf Avenue (Youth Center). Buildings may be added or deleted as needed. This award will be for on call and after hour emergencies. City of Clearlake intends to award a three (3) year contract for Plumbing services not to exceed $30,000 for the term of the contract. Last Day to Submit Questions for Clarification:October 4, 2022, 4:45pm Clarifications Issued by City on or before:October 14, 2022, 4:45pm The City intends to award a contract for work for plumbing services for buildings owned by the City of Clearlake. Buildings may be removed or added as needed. The current buildings are as follows: 14050 Olympic Drive (City Hall and Police Department), 3245 Bowers (Senior Community Center), 4750 Golf Avenue (Youth Center), and 14295 Lakeshore Drive (Visitor Center/Chamber of Commerce). Services can include after hour and emergency plumbing services.
