| Description | The City of Hot Springs invites bids to perform the Scope of Work described in the attached documents. The project requires furnishing materials and labor to install irrigation piping and values, tree bubblers and risers, electrical conduit, green space street light foundations, and related work for CDBG projects in Hot Springs, AR. In submitting your bid it is essential that you adhere to the requirements and instructions contained herein. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities. The City also reserves the right to require additional information from bidders in order to determine responsible bids and contractors. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and material to prepare the work areas and to complete the work as shown on the plans and described in the specifications and bid documents. |
