Description

Contractor to remove existing signage and replace with new illuminated channel letters on the three (3) elevations of the penthouse at Jackson North Medical Center located at 160 NW 170 Street, North Miami Beach, FL 33139. The penthouse structure is triangular in shape with (3) separate elevations requiring different attachment condition(s) at each elevation. The scope includes, along with the channel letters, manufacture and installation of two (2) structural frames for attachment of the channel letters.
