The onsite project improvements are located ±0.9 miles west of the intersection of Watson Road and Highway 16, along the southern right-of-way of Watson Road inside the limited purpose annexation district of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. The offsite project improvements are located at the west intersection of Watson Road and Highway 16.
