| Description | A 220 sqft deck needs to be installed by a qualified contractor on a property the City of Brighton owns. The address is 14605 Sable Blvd. Brighton CO 80601. There is already a set of "stamped and singed" plans that is included with this bid, see attachment. There will be two bid options for the actual decking/platform materials. Option A: pressure treated wood and Option B: Redwood. The property is located in Adams County and not in the City of Brighton therefore all permits and licnesing will be required through Adams County. |
