Description

As of September 2023, The City has decided to reject all bids and re-bid the project later this year. This project consists of a New Swimming Pool and Pool Slides, New Splash Pad and Restroom Building, New Equipment Building, New Pool House and Proposed Pavement. The demolition of the existing buildings, pavements and pool. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: As of July 31, 2023, this project has been released for rebid on August 21, 2023. A new prebid meeting is schedule via Microsoft Teams on August 11, 2023. Questions received from the Bidders less than Three (3) days prior to the date of opening bids shall not be answered.
