Description

1. Replacement of the existing ceiling-mounted luminaries with new that will be easily accessed and maintained. 2. Addition of wall-mounted luminaries on Levels 2 and 3 of Stair #5. 3. Replace new sprinkler heads in the existing dry-pipe sprinkler system at the top of the atrium and install access for future testing, certification, and maintenance of dry-pipe sprinkle system. Installation of four access panels at the perimeter wall of the clerestory.
