Site work for a municipal facility in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility. The City of Saginaw is soliciting sealed bid proposals for Replacement Swing Gate for Webber St. RTB, City of Saginaw Waste Water Treatment Plant per specifications found in the bid document. 1. Remove existing damaged gate components. Plant personnel will dispose of damaged equipment. 2. Install new 24' x 6' tall swing gate with 9 gauge barb wire. 3. Provide all necessary hinges and frost free latch. 4. Provide and install posts to secure gate. 5. Provide and install gate keepers. An original Bid Bond, Certified Check, Bank Money Order or Cashier's Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must be submitted with any bid in excess of $100,000. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities which do not materially affect the bid document or otherwise conflict with statute or ordinance. Any rejections of bids shall be made only if there is a sound documented reason for same.
