| Description | Fuel Tank: Supply one 20,000-gallon Fireguard or approved equal above ground storage tank (AST) with saddles and heavy duty polyurethane high gloss finish. This tank is to be a compartment tank (split) for 10,000- gallon Diesel and 10,000-gallon Gasoline. All required vents, 18” manway, complete filling system including overfill valve, piping spill box valving, gate solenoid, ball and expansion relief valve, (1) 3/4 hp submersible pump system with pump for gas & (1) 1 1/4 hp for diesel , leak detector, control box and fire valve. All fittings / hardware to meet Michigan Department of Environmental Quality regulations for above ground storage tanks (Include delivery to site). Plumbing and Electrical Installation: Provide all piping from tank to dispenser platforms. Include four ball valves, four solenoid valves, four emergency valves and four containment risers under dispensers. Provide four commercial two product dual hose dispensers. All four with pulsers, high hose mast, counterweight hose retractor, automatic nozzles and breakaway swivels. All four shall be high flow for diesel fuel and standard flow for gasoline fuel. Provide electrical running from sub-panel supplied on site to dispensers, probes, pumps, card reader building, DEF tank and two light poles. Provide and Install Fuel Management and Card Reader system (Fuel Cloud, Fuel Master or comparable) Provide all wiring for Fuel Management system from card reader to electrical panel junction and to building provided. Provide wiring for two future canopies. Provide for a OPW nano tank monitor. Plumbing and Electrical Installation: 1. Provide all piping from tank to dispenser platforms. Concrete Constrution: Provide all Concrete and Labor for Fuel Station facility including the following: Footings and reinforcement for above ground fuel tank supports. Fuel parking pavement 6” thickness with 6 x 6 x 6 gauge reinforcement. (Include all expansion joints and control joints per ACI specs). Installation of (42) 4” dia. x 7’-0” bollards (concrete filled). (2) 24” dia. x 6’-0” light pole bases w/ (6) #6 vertical rebars and 3 rebar ties 12” o.c. and anchor bolts. (4) 48” x 48” sq. x 6’-0” future canopy footings w/ (8) #6 vertical rebars and 3 rebar ties 12” o.c. (Or per Canopy manufacturer specifications) (4) 24” Dia. X 6’-0” solid concrete bollards. (1) at each island corner. All w/ (8) 6 vertical rebars and 3 rebar ties 12” o.c. All Concrete Flatwork w/ 6AA Limestone 6 sk. 4000 psi mix. All other Concrete 5 sk. 3000 psi mix.
