General Civil Construction Services

Provide construction related Services on an on-call, as-needed basis under a five (5) year General Service Agreement. Thornton intends to award to multiple Service Providers. Nothing herein guarantees any minimum amount of work to any Service Provider. Thornton requires one or more firms to perform construction Services such as: General civil construction, water line installation or repair, sewer line installation or repair, irrigation ditch work, stream or culvert cleaning and/or rehabilitation, grading, earthwork, riprap installation, concrete structure repair, fencing and guard-rail, sound barriers, retaining walls, underground location services, pipe boring and micro-tunneling, general water treatment plant process equipment services, reservoir dewatering, reservoir repairs, reservoir leak testing, general painting services, bridge painting, bridge painting/repairs, installation and maintenance of stormwater control measures and provide as-needed hydraulic modeling Services of Thornton’s existing and proposed water and wastewater systems, and other construction related Services that would benefit Thornton.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
