| Description | The project site is located 360 feet east of the intersection of West Street and West Main Street in the Village of Pawling, NY. The work for Contract 1 will include specification and provision of a new 3 phase service to existing pump station, installation of new electrical service connection (approximately 60 LF) to NYSEG utility pole with a meter that meets NYSEG specifications, installation of new commercial 3 phase 30 KW diesel generator, modification of existing generator pad to accommodate new generator, mounting system, installation of automatic transfer switch, manual switch, installation of an Owner provided pump control panel, reinstallation and rehabilitation of existing telemetry cabinet with NEC standards and all reconnections. As a performance specification, Work shall be determined to be satisfactory upon demonstration that the West Main St Pump Station operates on both NYSEG and emergency back-up power. |
