Legion Street Pool Wall Repair

Existing Privacy Wall at the Pool is a CMU wall with 2-sided Brick veneer. Wall length is 212’ and 7’ tall. There is a street side and a pool side. The street side is installing new brick veneer and the pool side is installing new Helical Wall Ties into the existing brick veneer and CMU block. Remove remaining brick on the street side of wall to below grade, preparing a clean brick shelf to receive new brick. Install new brick (owner to select color) on the street side with new brick ties anchored to existing CMU wall (one wall tie for every 2.67 SF of wall area) securely mechanically anchored into CMU wall and mortared into new brick veneer wall. New brick joints installed on street side are to match existing joint type on pool side (concave Joint) Install Simpson Strong Tie Heli-Tie Helical Wall Tie or approved equal through existing brick on pool side into the existing CMU wall in accordance to the manufactures installation specifications (one wall tie for every 2.67 SF of wall area), grouting pilot holes. Install concrete pre-cast coping in accordance with attached typical detail with all anchoring, flashing, and grouting required as per detail. Properly clean brick on both sides (Street and Pool Sides) and pre-cast coping. Clean site to a finished grade condition.
