Pellissippi State Community College - Strawberry Plains Roof Replacement

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Replace roof systems at Pellissippi State Community College Strawberry Plains Campus, including all related work. The scope of work associated with the Base Bid is a full roof system replacement of a portion of the building's roof as identified in the Bid Documents. The area included in the Base Bid is approximately 27,471 square feet in size. The scope of work includes removing an existing Ballasted Modified Bitumen roof system and replacing it with a new fully adhered EPDM membrane roof system with a 30 year no-dollar limit warranty. Strawberry Plains Roof Replacement (Alternate #1): The scope of work associated with Alternate #1 is a full roof system replacement of a portion of the building's roof system as identified in the Bid Documents. The area included in the Alternate #1 is approximately 31,878 square feet in size. This scope of work will include removing the existing Ballasted Modified Bitumen roof system and replacing it with a new fully adhered EPDM membrane roof system with a 30 year no-dollar limit warranty. Strawberry Plains Roof Replacement (Alternate #2) - This portion of the work includes a complete roof replacement of a portion of the facility's roof and a small detached maintenance building as identified in the Bid Documents. The area included in this scope of work is approximately 27,398 square feet in size. This scope of work will include removing an existing SPF roof system and replacing it with a new fully adhered EPDM membrane roof system with a 30 year no-dollar-limit warranty Strawberry Plains Roof Replacement (Alternate #3) - This portion of the work includes a complete roof replacement for two smaller areas of the building and two small transition areas as identified in the Bid Documents. The area included in Alternate #3 isapproximately 12,987 square feet in size. This scope of work will include removing existing SPF roof systems (12,783 sqft) and an existing TPO roof system (204 sqft) and replacing it with a new fully adhered EPDM membrane roof system with a 30 y3ar nodollar limit warranty
