| Description | The Scope of Work (SOW) is governed by the specifications described herein: 1. Removal Contractor is to remove and dispose of approximately 60 sq.ft of broken concrete consisting of porch deck 5'x6' and two (2) steps ea. 5' ft. long as designated by the HACP project manager. 2. Construction Contractor shall fabricate and install forms to sufficiently contain poured concrete for Porch Deck slab measuring 5'w.x 6'3"d. x 7.5"thick and one step measuring approximately 5'Iong x 14" tread x 7-1/2"'riser & step 2 measuring 13" tread x 9"riser and 5Ft. long. Concrete is to be reinforced with ½" rebar and wire mesh. Contractor is to provide non-slip finish (broom/ float. Contractor will be required to repair any and all damage that is occurred during the demolition and installation phase to the existing landscape. |
