Description

At Lassiter HS; Remove & replace two(2) existing chillers with two(2) new 205 ton air cooled chillers in expanded mechanical yard. Demo two cooling towers and associated devices to make room for new chillers. Underground piping, main building pumps may be reused & power tapped from existing yard transformers. At Sprayberry HS; Remove & replace two(2) existing chillers with two (2) new 250 ton air cooled chillers in new mechanical yard. Cap existing cooling tower lines. Addition al retaining wall & storm water work & gas piping modifications.
