TxDOT will provide an intent to renew notice, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the current term. 1st Renewal Option October 15, 2023 through October 14, 2024 2nd Renewal Option October 15, 2024 through October 14, 2025 3rd Renewal Option October 15, 2025 through October 14, 2026 TxDOT reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any response, waive minor technicalities, and make an award to best serve the interests of the state.
