Description | urnishing of all labor and for material the construction of the Southside Booster Station Temporary PFAS Treatment to include the following: Pre-packaged ion exchange PFAS removal treatment system complete in a self-contained trailer and installed at the site; underground water piping connections; grading, turf establishment, reinforced concrete pad and exterior security fencing; electric power supply connections; all as a complete installation. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Use of American Iron and Steel: The Contract requires the use of American Iron and Steel products. Iron and steel products means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and construction materials. Contractor will be required to provide Owner documentation of the use of American Iron and Steel. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages and labor standards, and conditions of employment to be observed, as determined by the Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates, under the Contract. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract.
