Description | This is a Prevailing Wage Project. All bids submitted to the Purchasing Agent must comply with the provisions of the Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications issued therefore; and the statutory requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law on file in the office of the Purchasing Agent. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. Seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 If you have any questions, please contact the Purchasing Agent at the above number or email PurchasingOffice@vinelandcity.org The Work consists of the following: 1. Contractor shall begin the submittal process once the Letter of Award is issued. 2. Contractor must outline in their bid any long lead items that may impact their ability to meet the deadlines of the schedule. 3. Contractor is responsible to submit all permits. 4. Bid shall include all systems and improvements as shown on the New Vineland Fire Department Headquarters Technical Specifications and Contract Documents issued under this RFP. 5. The Owner has procured the services of a Construction Manager as its project representative. All communications with the Owner will be coordinated through the Construction Manager. 6. Contractor must follow all OSHA and City of Vineland safety guidelines and procedures. 7. Contractor shall Schedule and Coordinate all work activities with the Owner through the Construction Manager. 8. Contractor is responsible to schedule and manage all required inspections, including but not limited to Final Certificate of Occupancy inspection. 9. Contractor is required to maintain a clean job site including all adjacent properties. 10. Contractor is responsible to perform final cleaning prior to Final Turn Over and Owner's Final Acceptance |
