Office Furniture

The requirement is to to provide “Steelcase” furniture and cubical changes within the operational building adding to the existing Steelcase brand furniture as well as the acquisition of new furniture to complete. The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and management to: coordinate delivery, load and unload new items, place/install items in designated rooms, assemble items as required, secure and store, as designated and properly dispose of all associated packaging/crating materials. Prior to delivery, the contractor shall conduct a field site visit with Government POC to verify all existing building conditions, document field conditions, document product dimensions that require changes due to field conditions. The Contractor shall schedule delivery prior to furniture delivery to ensure the building will be ready and is available for furniture delivery and installation. Furniture shall be delivered to the job site in the manufacturer’s original cartons with the delivery identification and project clearly shown.
