$660,000. Since the replacement of the 30 transmission main on Franklin Street, 5 water main breaks have been recorded and repaired along Franklin Street near Elm Street and Cayuga Street. It is recommended that 1,300 linear feet of new 8 water main is installed to replace the existing 6 main between Seward St and Beech Avenue.
