**As of October 3, 2019 The project was rebid.** To resurface 24,000 square feet and repair an estimated 915 linear feet of cracks in the asphalt base tennis courts at the Harry L. Coomes Recreation Center, 300 Stanley Street, Abingdon, VA 24210. Minor facility repairs, such as net and chain link fence installation, will be included as well.
