Heating, Ventilation and HVAC Controls at the Alfredo Gonzalez Texas State Veterans Home

The Project scope consists of replacing all control panels, control boards, sensors, thermostats and control valve actuators for eighteen (18) Air Handling Units, Chilled and Hot Water Pumps, Chillers, Boilers and one hundred thirty (130) fan coil units at the Home per the specifications provided in the Project Manual. The selected Contractor must also provide a new BacNet Tridium Open Source Control server and PC Based Front End Graphics System per the Project Manual and Construction Documents. The Project is located at the Alfredo Gonzalez Texas State Veterans Home, 310 East Yuma Avenue, McAllen, Texas, 78503. A full description of the Project including detailed drawings, specifications and other contract documents may be found in the Project Manual included in the Construction Documents.
