The project is located in the Tule Lake National Wildlife Refuge in Siskiyou County, California, approximately 10 miles southeast of Hatfield, California and the California/Oregon border. The project consists of rehabilitation of approximately 2.34 miles of the existing, asphalt, aggregate, and natural surface trails to provide Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) compliant access.
