Description

Webster Elementary School Roof Replacement - MSBA Accelerated Repair Program. The Project consists of: Base Scope - Removal and replacement of existing roof system with new 2-ply SBS Modified Bitumen roof system, and associated work. Raise HVAC, ductwork, electrical, and plumbing. New louvers, new doors, new through-wall flashing in brick masonry. Alternate 01 - Fluid applied restoration on existing EPDM roof.
