Description

Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Work includes construction of a 38 x 24 above ground concrete block booster pump station building and foundation with associated piping. The pump station shall consist of a concrete foundation and floor, three booster pumps and associated piping, a bathroom, plumbing, HVAC, electrical distribution equipment, new generator, instrumentation and controls. Also included is demolition of the existing 12 by 12 pump station building and associated equipment, site work, and instillation of approximately 20 feet of new 12-inch ductile iron water main. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the M.G.L. c. 149, 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project. Each General Bidder shall submit a DCAM Certificate of Eligibility and Update Statement for General Building Construction with the bid. Each Sub-Bidder shall submit a DCAM Certificate of Eligibility and Update Statement with the Sub-Bid for the sub-trade on which they are submitting a sub-bid.
