Oxbow Hatchery Residence 1170 Remodel

The general scope of work is a complete interior and exterior remodel of the residence. The work shall include repairing damaged drywall in the living Room, bathroom and dining room. New bathroom fixtures, new kitchen cabinets, new flooring and refinish existing wood floor in selected rooms of the Residence and repaint the entire inside including trim and doors. The exterior work shall include new fiber cement siding and painting. The following is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $140,000.00 Prevailing wage rates shall apply.
