| Description | Consists of five single-story residential duplex buildings originally constructed in 2008. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of the existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, and drip edge flashing; installation of new synthetic roof underlayment; installation of ice dam protection and continuous ridge vents; and installation of new 30-year minimum fiberglass-based asphalt shingles. All work must be completed and accepted within 60 calendar days The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervisors, materials, equipment, supplies, levies, fees and like expenses as well as all other services and facilities of every nature, except as herein specified, whatsoever necessary for the performance of the Contract and to deliver all improvements embraced in the Contract, complete in every respect within the specified time. |
