| Description | The Project is generally described as repairs of existing clay roof tiles over the SFUSD Budget Office. This involves removal of hazmat-contaminated existing tiles over sloped roof and demolition of associated wood roof shed structure over tiled roof and built-up roofing at flat roof. This work will require abatement of bird waste inside wood structure. New work will involve single-ply TPO roof membranes at flat roof, retiling abated sloped roof and waterproof-coating of roof gutters, provision of sheet metal flashing and trim, power-washing and partial deck coating of pedestrian deck over Budget Office. |
