Description

Construction Management / General Contractor (CM/GC) project includes the expansion and renovation of the Dumke Gymnastics building. There is approximately 4,374 s.f. of current locker room, training and support space to be renovated. There will be 1,717 s.f. of new interior space created by raising the roof over the training area. There will be an additional 1,000 s.f. for a (2) two story addition which will create a new accessible entry and Legacy Hall.
