Description

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen and Facilities Manager for the Town of Oxford are requesting bids for:Center Fire House New Roof Any contract awarded is subject to State Set-Aside and Contract Compliance Requirements. All proposals shall be submitted in writing with attachment reflecting qualifications, experience, education, licensing, etc. All bids shall be valid for 60 days. Proposals will be considered, awarded and governed pursuant to Section 6-12(D) of the Oxford Town Charter. The Board of Selectmen and the Facilities Manager reserve the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities or information in bidding and if necessary, re-advertise for bids. The Board of Selectmen and the Facilities Manager also reserve the right to make such recommendations and or awards, including accepting a bid, to be in the best interest of the Town of Oxford.
