The work under this Contract consists of but is not limited to the following items: exterior roof repair works. Related work includes exterior asbestos abatement, lead based paint removal and site roof repair protection work. This Contract shall be subject to the New York City Housing Authority's Project Labor Agreement and as part of this bid, the Bidder must submit at the time of the bid submission (1) a Letter of Assent to the Project Labor Agreement signed by the Bidder and (2) Letters of Assent signed by each of the Bidder's proposed Subcontracors at the time of bid submission.
