Toddville Clean Up

For Toddville Clean Up Kansas State University is pursuing bids to clear and dispose of trees, concrete rubble, and perform grading of area known as Toddville. This area is located just north of Jardine Rd on Serum Plant Rd. Kansas State University, a Kansas state agency and public state university ("University"), for and on behalf of 99999 Purchasing and Contract Services ("Department"), is accepting Quotations for: Base bid will include all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to clear and dispose of trees, concrete rubble, and perform grading of area known as Toddville. This area is located just north of Jardine Rd on Serum Plant Rd. The work will include the following: 1. Clearing and disposal of trees in area of attached drawing. 2. Removal and disposal of old footings, rock and rubble of area in attached drawing. 3. Grading of onsite dirt so area will drain from north to south. 4. Furnish and place 6" depth of gravel surface (approx.. 50,000 square feet) 5. Contractor shall call for utility locates 6. Work will need to be complete 60 days after award of contract.
