Description

Construction Management / General Contractor (CM/GC) Preconstruction Services contract will provide construction estimating, schedule development, logistics planning, identification of material procurement and long lead items, constructability reviews, value engineering options, subcontractor pre-qualification and bids for the Orrin G. Hatch Center, Washington, DC project. This project will convert the Historic Rowhouses at 1527 & 1529 18th Street NW, Washington, DC from their present use as professional offices to provide non-transient congregate living facilities for interns with the University’s Hinckley Institute; the combined buildings will be known as the Orrin G. Hatch Center.
