Partial Roof Replacement Located at 1700 Beaver Grade Road Moon Township, PA 15108 No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the bids. BIDDER'S SURETY A certified check payable to the MOON TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Replace approximately 4,000 square feet of existing low slope single ply roofing. Work includes but is not limited to, removal of the EPDM roof system, fiberboard, built-up roof system and edge metal. Provide existing roof deck infill at locations of removed equipment penetrations. Provide insulation, EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 20 year warranty. Alternate bids include EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 30 year warranty. Refer to documents for complete scope of Work. Final Completion Date: October 31, 2023
