Water System Improvements New Well No. 11

Site Directions: Water System Improvements, New Well No. 11 location is east of the existing Water Treatment Plant. Traveling east, past 112 E Nothem Ave and the drainage ditch, new well location to be directly east of the City owned storage shed. The location of the new well is on the south side of E Nothem Ave., and is accessible from Iowa Highway 3, turning north onto S Washington St and turning right onto E Nothem Ave. The Project includes the following Work: 1. Plug abandoned sanitary sewer. 2. construct new well and perform all required testing. 3. Install pitless adapter and raw water main stub. 4. Restore site to original conditions with positive drainage within 15 feet of the wellhead. 5. All other work shown on Drawings or called for in specifications.
