Refurbishment and Upgrade of Well #4

The Work comprises the items of Schedule A which includes, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to demolish and remove existing piping, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC equipment, exterior shed structure and concrete. This contract also includes, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction of a chemical room addition, roofing for the new and existing building; installation of piping, electrical, instrumentation, and HVAC for the pump and chemical rooms; construction of a generator enclosure and concrete pad for a new generator and fuel storage tank; site utilities; concrete and asphalt installation; fencing installation; and landscaping.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Roofing and Siding Panels.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Planting Accessories, Landscape Surfacing.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Water Utility Pumping Stations, Wells.
Division 44 -	Pollution and Waste Control Equipment, Water Pollution Control Equipment.
