Coconut Creek High School - Smart Program Renovations

Work of this Contract comprises the general construction of, but not limited to: P.001753 1. Renovation of Auditorium seating for ADA compliance. 2. Safety and Security Upgrades - Repair or replacement of CCTV security cameras throughout campus. 3. Fire Alarm System Replacement campus wide. 4. Renovations to existing spaces to create seven (7) new STEM Labs. 5. Media Center improvements and ADA restroom upgrades. 6. HVAC improvements throughout campus. 7. Building envelope improvements - Roof repairs and I or re-roofing of Buildings 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9. 8. Exterior painting of Building 8 only. On Building B, the replacement of one door, frame, and hardware, and the replacement of the hardware only on a separate door. P.001480 1. Project to include fire sprinklers in building #1. 2. Install new fire hydrant near relocatable classrooms at the west of the property

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
