RFP - Community Revitalization Master Plan

Elk Grove Village is seeking to develop a Community Revitalization Master Plan (CRMP) which will serve as an update to existing plans and establish a vision for the continued growth, enhancement, and redevelopment of the Village's industrial and commercial areas. The selected consultant, working with a multi-departmental team of Village staff members, is expected to be the face of the project and take the lead in stakeholder meetings, community meetings, and public presentations related to acquiring input of the plan. Additionally, the consultant will work with the Village staff on presentations to the Village Board and other relevant communities.
