| Description | Scope: South Side: Form and pour wing wall on each side and (2) head wall on each side. Spill slab on each side at bottom of pipe. Walls 8” thick with 4000 PSI concrete with 5/8” rebar tied at 4’ verticals and 18” tied on the horizontal. South side one wing wall, approximately 8’x4’x8”. The head wall approximately 2’ x 16’ x 8” with 5/8” rebar. North Side: (2) wing wall 8’x4’x8” with 5/8” rebar tied in it. Head wall 2’x16’x8”. Spill way slab approximately 7’x20’x4” with fiber mesh. All concrete will be 4000 PSI. |
