Description | A. Contractor shall pump (no skimming) the grease tanks empty. B. Contractor shall water jet inlet/outfall, scrape and clean sides of the grease tanks. C. Contractor shall dispose of all grease removed from the tanks in accordance with all local, state and federal laws governing such materials. D. Contractor must follow all OSHA Guidelines. Contractor shall be responsible for any and all OSHA violations or citations as well as any fees, fines or penalties that may result from the OSHA violations or citations issued. E. Contractor shall forward the waste manifest to PPS’ Operations Department, 2801 Turnpike Road, Portsmouth, Virginia 23707. F. Contractor shall clean any spillage or waste materials that leak from the truck or from the pumping or cleaning process. G. Contractor shall be required to pump and clean all grease traps, belonging to PPS once every two (2) months, two (2) times a year. PPS reserves the right to add or delete locations and equipment as needed. |
