Installation of 115 KV Transmission Structures Along SUGG Parkway Tap

Covers the removal, installation, and materials of 5 transmission structures along Greenville Utilities’ Circuit 15, 115kV transmission line and the installation of 21 transmission structures along Sugg Parkway Tap, 115 kV transmission line. The 5 existing wooden transmission structures along Circuit 15 will be replaced with new steel structures. The existing conductors will not be replaced. There will be 5 spans of 795 AAC distribution conductor removed along Circuit 15 transmission structures. All hardware and insulators will be replaced. The construction of the new Sugg Parkway Tap includes 21 Transmission structures with distribution underbuild. New conductors will be installed for transmission and distribution. Fiber and telecommunication transfers should also be included. The proposal submitted by the contractor shall include all labor, equipment, and all other necessary items to complete this project. The Circuit 15 115 kV transmission line consists of approximately 0.2 miles of 1272 AAC with 7#9 Alumoweld OHGW. Circuit 15 also includes approximately 0.2 miles of existing 12.47 kV distribution double circuit under build consisting of 795 AAC for all phases and a 336 ACSR neutral. The Sugg Parkway Tap, 115 kV transmission line consists of approximately one (1) mile of 1272 AAC with 7#9 Alumoweld OHGW. The Sugg Parkway Tap also includes approximately one (1) mile of 12.47 kV Distribution under build consisting of 795 AAC and a 336 ACSR neutral.
