West Fork Stream Restoration at Dye Creek

The Watershed Conservation Resource Center (WCRC) is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, experienced and licensed contractors for furnishing all labor, tools and equipment needed for the construction of the 'West Fork Stream Restoration at Dye Creek', located in Washington County, Arkansas. The project involves but is not limited to restoring a 6,000 ft section of the West Fork White River that includes constructing 4,200 feet of toe wood, stacked rock revetment, stream channel excavation and grading, and several grade control structures constructed with large boulders. All materials will be provided for this project by the project Owner. Bid security, as defined in the "Instructions To Bidders", in the amount of five percent of the Bid amount must accompany the submitted bid. Bidders shall make such inspection and studies of the site of the work as to familiarize themselves with all conditions to be encountered. All bids must be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared and issued by the WCRC (Owner/Engineer). Bidders must register with Lori Linn by emailing her at llinn@watershedconservation.org (or call her at 479-444-1916) and a link to an electronic copy of the Bidding Documents will be emailed to the Bidder. The WCRC hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
