| Description | Continue weather permitting for approximately six (6) weeks. place leaves next to the street or curb. do not place leaves on the roadway or in the drainage swales, gutters or ditches. All forms of yard waste are strictly prohibited from being placed on a cartway, drainage swale or ditch. Violations are subject to daily fines. Leaf piles must not contain brush or other debris. Open, unsealed plastic bags may be used. Leaves intermixed with garbage will not be collected. Leaves are available to College Township residents for composting. |
