Description

1. Provide the City of Waterbury with Portable Toilet rentals which shall include delivery, setup/maintenance for regular operations, special events, and/or emergency situations. 2. Orders will be placed 48 hours prior to delivery. 3. All units supplied shall be delivered undamaged, in a clean and sanitary condition with all facilities operable. Cleaning schedule must be displayed on inside of door. 4. Any unit not meeting the standards shall be refused at delivery and the contractor shall be required to re-deliver acceptable unit(s) at no additional cost to the City. 5. Routine pump-outs and maintenance including but not limited to pumping waste, restocking toilet paper and general cleaning shall be performed in a professional and sanitary manner weekly. 6. All units must contain an anti-bacterial hand sanitizer. 7. Additional pump-outs (optional): Contractor shall respond within 24 hours of request for additional pump-outs whereupon the City will pay applicable additional pump-out-charges.
