Reference Number 0000324971 Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND Piggyback Contract No The City of Rochester, New York is seeking to engage an experienced and qualified company to provide general cleaning services at seven (7) City Parking Garages. Bidder understands that the number of City of garages are subject to change based on the Citys best interest and or ownerships. During the term of this contract, the City will provide administrative oversight for its parking facilities. The contractor will work directly for, and report to, the Director of Parking and/or designated staff under the Director of Parking. When referenced herein, city staff shall mean the Director of Parking or designated parking staff, unless otherwise indicated. Note: this contract incorporates new Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Workforce Goal requirements, as required by Ordinance No. 2018-54. This contract has a 30% MWBE goal consisting of 15% M and 15% W. This contract has Workforce Goals of 20% M and 6.9% W.
