Bighorn Terrace Water and Sewer Improvements

The Work generally consists of installing approximately 350 linear feet of 8-inch water main, and 570 linear feet of 8-inch in Columbine Way and 40 linear feet of 12-inch sewer main in Columbine Drive. Seven sewer manholes will be rehabilitated and/or replaced. This project also includes the installation of approximately 370 linear feet of water services and 200 linear feet of sewer services with associated curb stops, cleanouts, and service appurtenances. All disturbed roadway and parking lot along 490 linear feet of Columbine Way and Columbine Drive, approximately 14,330 square feet, will be fully reconstructed.
