Description	The project includes design and construction period services for the demolition and renovation of the Albany VAMC main hospital 2nd floor D-wing righthand branch, approximately 2500 square feet. The goal of the project is to transform the space for Respiratory Therapy. The main design will be an interior gut and renovation; no exterior or building envelope work is anticipated. Main hospital wing 2D shares, and will continue to share, the existing ICU air handler on the 2nd floor roof. The AHU must be rebalanced every time its ductwork is altered.
