| Description | For scope and complexity, similar work is defined as window replacement, and miscellaneous associated improvements. Work to be Done: The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of SUCF Project No 091026-01 titled Replace Windows Morris Hall and carrying out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: a. Morris Hall: i. Remove existing windows, including abatement of hazardous materials. ii. Provide and install new aluminum fixed and hung windows, including abatement of hazardous materials. iii. Cutting and patching associated with window removal and replacement. |
