Weekly visit to check moisture level, watering with organic fertilizer, dusting, trimming and removal of unhealthy foliage, keep insect free and clean containers. 1. The City of Baltimore (COB)maintains ownership and will be responsible for the full cost of plants during period of service contract in the event of damage caused by: a. Watering or other well-meaning care by the Client or any of their employees or affiliates. b. Accidental or malicious damage by any Client employees and affiliates, or other personnel to either plant or containers. c. Theft or mysterious disappearance of plant or containers. d. Moving of any plants to different locations than initially specified without prior notice. e. Introduction of any liquids into the plant's soil such as cleaning chemicals, alcohol or sugary fluid or the use of toxic gases such as strong ammonia from cleaning and stripping. f. Damage to plants caused by customers of the Client. 2. Department of General Services (DGS) must supply the Contractor access to hot and cold running water. 3. All replacement plants will be of the same quality and height as those originally specified and installed or those originally in place when we commenced maintenance. 4. If Contractor cannot access plants at regularly schedule time, then Contractor cannot guarantee service to those plants. 5. Plants will not be replaced if Client's account is in arrears.
