| Description | a) The Contractor shall fireproof structural steel and decking, concrete linings, and other construction materials, as identified by the COTR, on an as needed basis . (b) The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to perform the Work. (c) The Contractor shall prepare surfaces for fireproofing to ensure that the surfaces are free of any substance that would impair proper adhesion of fireproofing materials . (d) The Contractor shall apply fireproofing materials in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications to comply with local fire codes. |
